B. Booking & Account Information

Bookings are made directly on our website, https://germantowninn.com/, through Kismet, our booking engine. Checkout takes place on our domain rather than on a separate third-party booking domain. Kismet does not place its own tracking or advertising cookies on this website. Any cookies set while you browse come from us or from the analytics and advertising tools listed in Section 2.

When you proceed to checkout, you provide the information needed to complete your reservation:

Payment is processed through Guesty Pay or another PCI-compliant processor (such as Stripe); card data is received and handled in encrypted, tokenized form, and only the last four digits, cardholder name, and card provider are visible to us. Kismet allows you to create an optional account with a username and password so you can manage upcoming bookings, save preferences, and view your booking history. If you create an account, we also collect and store your username, an encrypted password, and your booking and account activity.

Behind the scenes, Kismet connects our website to Guesty, our property management and reservation system, through a secure API. Guesty acts as our service provider for reservation management and payment processing on every booking made through https://germantowninn.com.
