Southern Wedding Package
According to Southern tradition, couples who bury a bottle of bourbon upside down at their ceremony location one month prior to their ceremony date will ward off rain on their wedding day. Now, we can’t claim we can control the weather, but we’ve partnered with local distillery Nelson’s Green Brier to help couples put this myth to the test (with a special Tennessee twist) with our Southern Wedding Package! Couples who book this package will receive the following:
- Special rates for an onsite wedding ceremony for up to 25 guests and full property buyout, including 10 guestrooms

It includes nail shaping, cuticle care, callus work and a relaxing massage using custom Poppy & Monroe lavender body crème. It finishes with a hi-shine buff or 5-free polish of your choice and an application of our organic nail oil to lock in moisture.

- This luxurious service includes a skin consultation & evaluation, aromatherapy, a cleansing massage, exfoliation, light extractions, a results-driven facial mask, a face, neck and shoulder massage, Gua Sha lymphatic stimulation to reduce puffiness from travel, serum, moisturizer, lip balm and sun protection.
- Luxe Pedicure
- Poppy & Monroe’s most indulgent treatment begins with a botanical spray to cleanse and a warm towel wrap. Next is a circulation-boosting dry brushing on your feet and legs followed by nail shaping, cuticle care, extensive callus work and an organic sugar scrub exfoliation. The finale is a heated Himalayan Salt Stone massage to soothe tired muscles and infuse your body with much needed magnesium. Finish with a hi-shine buff or 5-free polish and an application of our organic nail oil to lock in moisture.

Holiday Party Packages
Whether it’s a Friendsgiving, family reunion, office cocktail party or New Year’s Eve celebration, the inn’s curated Holiday Party Packages are your one-stop shop for stress-free planning and a memorable evening.
The germantown inn has teamed up with local event and catering company Mack & Kate’s to offer two all-inclusive Holiday Party Packages that are available Mondays through Thursdays between 4 and 9 p.m. CT (limited weekend availability upon request):
Tier 1: Seated Dinner for 10-15 people
Enjoy an intimate multi-course dinner for 10-15 people in one of the germantown inn’s private event spaces. This package includes a multi-course, full-service dinner catered by Mack & Kate’s around an elegantly set, candlelit table. Add-on options include alcohol, rentals and florals and an acoustic musician. The starting cost for the Tier 1 option is $1,000.
Tier 2 : Cocktail Party for 10-25 people
Host your holiday cocktail party for up to 25 people in the inn’s historic Main House while we handle every detail of the evening. Spread throughout the Parlor and Courtyard Terrace, the Tier 2 option includes three menu options for passed hors d’oeuvres, as well as additional add-ons including three bar packages to choose from, rentals and florals and choice of an acoustic musician or set playlist. The starting cost of the Tier 2 option is $1,200.
