Policies

Reservations Policy

Reservations are required. At the time of booking, a one-night deposit will be required. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. If you are unable to book online, or have further questions call 615.581.1218.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to keep your reservation, please contact the Germantown Inn 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will be charged the cost of the first night’s room plus tax.

Pet Policy

The non-refundable service fee for pet(s) is $50 for the first pet and $25 for the second pet. We offer two Pet Friendly Suites: The Adams and The Parks.

Smoking Policy

No smoking inside the inn is allowed, however smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.

Damage Policy

Guest will be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misconduct and will be charged for costs to repair the inn to its original condition.

Processing Policy

A credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be added to each reservation upon booking.

Property Fee Policy

Each reservation will include a daily property fee, granting our guests exclusive access to hotel amenities such as continental breakfast, unlimited Wi-Fi, tea, coffee, water and more.
